• OneSource Payroll (Pensoft Payroll): Do you do your payroll in-house? If so, you can use ‘Pensoft Payroll’ to calculate and print payroll checks, generate quarterly and annual payroll tax reports, auto deposit checks into your employees bank accounts, print numerous other payroll related reports, etc. You can then click a few buttons to automatically import all checks directly into the OneSource banking system and all GL entries directly into the OneSource GL. • PDF Printing: You can use any PDF viewer or PDF writer in OneSource to print any document. You can also save a few extra clicks by using PDF995 software. You and download and use the FREE version or the FULL version for around $20 per user (if you would rather save the 10 seconds worth of ads each time you print). To learn more visit www.pdf995.com
• Automated Faxing: You can fax Quotes, Orders, PO’s, etc directly from OneSource (without having to manuall fax documents or buy and maintain fax hardware of any type) using your email program. Using a special fax service, such as efax.com or fax2mail.com you can simply open your email program, attach a PDF document, and then send an email to a particular email address, and the attached PDF document will be auto converted and faxed to the recipients fax machine on the other end. It works great. The providers charge a flat monthly fee and/or a flat fee per page sent or received. Prices vary depending on volume.
• Automated Credit Card Processing: Using the Authorize.net payment gateway you can process credit cards directly from within OneSource. If you have entered a ‘default’ credit card, you can run the card automatically as well.
If you already have a merchant account that you are satisfied with, it is very likely that it already uses/works with Authorize.net. If you would like to setup an Authorize.net account, get a quote for credit card processing, or setup a new merchant account, we recommend a company called Century Bankcard Services. • Order Checks: While OneSource can be customized to conform to virtually any style check, by default OneSource Checks (and the single Deposit Slip) conform to QuickBooks style single sheet laser checks. You can order checks from any of a number of suppliers. We have done business with a small forms vendor for many years that we highly recommend called Actions Systems.
