Automated ‘PartsLink’ Importing/Updating
Using the OneSource PartsLink Integration Wizard (with OneSource Software), if your company has a current subscription to the ABPA PartsLink data service you can quite literally — in a matter of a few mouse clicks — perform all of the following:
- View a list of all NEW PartsLink parts added to the PartsLink list (since you last added or imported PartsLink parts)
- View a list of all CHANGED PartsLink parts (since you last added or imported PartsLink parts)
- Automatically import and create NEW Parts in OneSource (including new Part Numbers, and a sperate, searchable ‘application’ for each Year, Make, and Model that the car fits–regardless of how many vehicles the part fits).
- Automatically EXCLUDE (from the Import or Update process) any Makes & Models and/or any part types (PartsLink PTypes) that you do not wish to stock or sell.
- Automatically Add an additional, separate part # for CAPA Certified parts that you wish to stock or sell.
- Automatically UPDATE your existing parts (in OneSource–those that have a PartsLink # or EOM # assigned to them) for any OEM # supercesions, OEM Price changes, any parts that are no longer being manufactured by the OEM, and any changes to the Year Range that the part will fit.
