To join a OneSource remote assistance or training session, please click on whichever option you are directed to click on below:

 

GoToMeeting

(1) Please click on the Meet Now image below:

(2) Follow the instructions on the screen to download the small GoToMeeting viewer to your PC.

(3) When prompted, enter your Meeting ID (which will be provided to you by a OneSource rep) and other information as requested.

 

Mikogo Meeting

(1) Please click on the Mikogo image below:

(2) Follow the instructions on the screen to download the small mikogo viewer to your PC.

(3) When prompted, enter your Session ID (which will be provided to you by a OneSource rep) and your Name, and then click Join Session.
