Collection of your Personal Information
Providing personal information to OSSSS
is voluntary. There are two principle methods by which you may choose
to provide personal information.
- When you purchase OneSource software, you may choose
to pay for the product with some form of Credit Card and/or business
software lease, which may require a credit application.
- Additionally, you may request support for OSSS products
and services via phone, e-mail, on-site service or some form of virtual
PC to PC connection. One or more of these support requests and services
may necessitate the need to aquire your phone number, service address,
billing address and information, e-mail address, etc.
Use of your Personal
Information
Except as otherwise described in this
Privacy Statement, personal information you provide to OSSS will not be
shared outside of OSSS and affiliates without your permission.
We may occasionally hire other companies to provide limited
services on our behalf, such as packaging, sending and delivering purchases
and other mailings, answering customer questions about products or services,
processing event registration, or performing statistical analysis of our
services. We will only provide those companies the information they need
to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information

servers with limited access, and we carefully protect this information
from lOSSS or misuse, and from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration,
