The pricing schedule below illustrates the typical turn-key cost of getting up and running with OneSource software, including software licenses, system installation & configuration, extensive business process analysis & user training, a basic data conversion of Customers, Suppliers, and Inventory List, and a full year of annual maintenance support. As illustrated, the pricing for user licenses and annual maintenance vary depending on the number of concurrent user licenses needed. (Prices subject to change without notice).

(a) Lease rates subject to change without notice. Lease requires first & last two payments down, $1 buyout, AOC, and does not reflect any additional prorated cost of sales tax.
(b) Large #'s of users in one location may require an increase in the one time $6000 training and setup fee. Conversely, if your company has more than 1 location to get live, there may be economies of scale that may decrease the price per location for training and setup.
(c) If your company has more than 1 location, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th locations (etc) may be able to utilize the knowledge gained and tools created from the first data conversion, which will likely reduce the cost per location for a basic data conversion service and/or additional additional data conversion services as well (for open AR, open AP, etc)

Turn Key Start-Up Services and Materials

  • Extensive business process analysis to insure proper training, setup, configuration, and system use is achieved prior to GoLive.
  • Routine, one-on-one assistance from a OneSource Project Manager to guide you through the whole process prior to GoLive.
  • Unlimited access, for all personnel, to live training classes before and after GoLive. (See Online Training Courses for more details).
  • 50 additional hours of one-on-one training and support for your designated System Administrator prior to GoLive (plus unlimited access to live training classes after GoLive as long as Annual Maintenance subscription is current).
  • Unlimited access, for all personnel, to our 1-Click Online FAQ System.
  • Printed QuickStart Manual for each user.
  • Virtual Training CD (with 100's of training clips) for each user.

Basic Data Conversion Services

  • Our Basic Data Conversion, which is typically provided for a flat fee, includes services to help export your customer, prospect, supplier/vendor, and inventory data out of your existing application(s) and to import the data into OneSource.
  • Depending on which current application(s) you use, data conversion services to import your open AR, open AP, past sales history, and existing GL accounts may also be available for an additional flat or hourly fee. Please refer to the Optional Products & Services section below for more details.

Annual Maintenance Support

See price schedule above. Annual maintenance is based on the number of licensed seats using the software. The service includes:

  • UNLIMITED FREE upgrades and patches to OneSource Software core modules
  • UNLIMITED FREE e-mail tech support for one company designated administrator
  • 100 additional minutes (per user), of personalized, one-on-one telephone or virtual PC to PC OneSource Technical Support
  • 25-40% off ($50-80) the standard rate ($200/Hr) for OneSource Programming Services to Customize OneSource.

Optional Products and Services

ONESOURCE PAYROLL ADD-ON: OneSource integrates with a specialized payroll software product called PenSoft Payroll Plus. Please refer to http://www.PenSoft.com for up-to-date information about pricing, product features, system requrements, etc.

ONESOURCE FAX AUTOMATION: Requires an account from an online fax solution, such as Fax2Mail, eFax, etc. Documents created in OneSource (such as Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, PO's, etc) are auto converted into a PDF and auto attached to an email (with the fax/email address auto inserted). Once the email is sent, the PDF is converted into a fax and delivered to the recipients' fax machine.

ONESOURCE AUTOMATED CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: OneSource can automatically authorize and capture credit card transactions from within OneSource when you have an Authorize.Net account. In most cases you can setup an Authroize.net gateway account with your existing merchant.

ONESOURCE SQLCart INTEGRATION: Using the OneSource SQLCart integrator database, you can automatically upload parts, inventory levels, and prices into a shopping cart system that automatically creates a unique web page for each item. This means that each item can/will have it's own meta title, meta name, and meta keywords--making it considerably more likely for a customer to find that items 'unique page when they type in that item's part number or other information in a web browser. (Ecom site creation and hosting provided and sold separately by Expert Data Solutions).

ONESOURCE 'WEBSERVICES' Add-ON: Depending on your existing shopping cart needs and functionality, you may be able to send OneSource data to it and/or receive Order data from it (into OneSource) using our OneSource WebServices. The WebServices can be purchased for $2400 + an hrly fee to setup and/or modify to fit your needs.

ONESOURCE OnLine Orders (Customer Web Portal) ADD-ON: This tool allows customers (that you give rights) to login and search for items, view 'their' pricing, print Quotes, place/print Orders, view Order Status, view Invoice/Credit History, and view Payment History. Online Orders provides a convenient way for your customers to do business with you, and cost savings by automatically importing customer entered Orders into OneSource. Hosting provided by InVenia Design.

ONESOURCE WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT (BARCODING) ADD-ON: (Coming Soon). Scan items into Stock (on OneSource PO's), out of Stock (from OneSource Sales Orders), or cycle Count your Inventory with the Barcoding add-on module (Coming Soon). Pre-Order now for faster installation.

On-Site Training: OneSource provides nationwide product support and services that are equally effective to on-site training via interactive PC to PC training, training CD's, telephone support, user manuals and web-based support (on-line help manuals). In fact, if your company follows the terms of our OneSource GoLive Transition Agreement and you still feel that you need additional training after going live, we will provide up to another 16 hours (2 full days!) of training for free of charge. 99% of our customers get up and running with our effective training methods and procedures over the phone and the web. On the other hand, if you simply prefer on-site training, this service is available for a flat fee of $2,400 per day (2 day minimum + travel expenses).

Custom Programming Services: Using the one-click help button, you can submit a "Customization Suggestion" to have the product changed or enhanced--FREE of charge, based on the following conditions: (1) the customization must be generally useful to the product, and (2) we reserve the right to provide the service convenient to our schedule. On the other hand, if you would like to be more in the drivers seat as to when and how the product is customized for use in your own company, using the one-click help button, you can submit a "Customization Order" to request a quotation for a delivery date and customization cost. These services are provided for $200 per hour. If you have a current Annual Maintenance subscription, you will receive a 40% discount for OneSource customizations and a 25% discount for non-OneSource customizations (such as SQL Server maintenance or development work that does not add permanant value to the OneSource Product, such as customizations for EDI, Ecommerce or other 1-off type of work that is not useful to our customer base as a whole).

OneSource EDI Transmission Software & Setup: Requires a 3rd Party "Value Added Network" (VAN) provider and related 3rd party EDI Transmission software (integrated with OneSource). $2,995.00 and up + an hourly fee to set up each document and/or customize OneSource to meet your trading partners EDI Requirements. ($8,599 for Sterling Commerce GenTrans Director Pro + $2425 Annual Maintenance Support/Updates + $150/hr for EDI field mapping setup with each Trading Partner Document--such as 850 PO, 810 Invoice, etc)
