Finding - Summary of Customers Form  

1. From the Contacts menu, choose Summary of Customers & Prospects to open the Summary of Customers & Prospects form.  (Shortcut Key:  Shift+F3)

2. Find “CustomerABC” from the list of customers.  (Use the scrollbar if necessary)

3. Click on the Magnifying Glass button next to “CustomerABC” to open the record in the Customers & Prospects form.
