Finding - Simple Search Form - By Customer Number  

1. From the Contacts menu, choose Find Customer or Prospect to open the Simple Search form for customers.  (Shortcut Key:  F3)

2. In the Search By drop down box, choose Number (Customer Number).

3. In the Search For field, enter the customer number for “Customer123”.  (Note:  If you do not know the customer number, you may have to look it up by using one of the searching methods previously mentioned.)

4. Click the record for “Customer123” from the list of customers shown.
