Finding - Simple Search Form - By Contact Last Name

1. From the Contacts menu, choose Find Customer or Prospect to open the Simple Search form for customers.  (Shortcut Key:  F3)

2. In the Search By drop down box, choose Primary Contact Last Name.

3. In the Search For field, enter the primary contact’s last name for “Customer123”.

4. Click the record for “Customer123” from the list of customers shown.
