Finding - Simple Search Form - By Contact First Name

1. From the Contacts menu, choose Find Customer or Prospect to open the Simple Search form for customers.  (Shortcut Key:  F3)

2. In the Search By drop down box, choose Primary Contact First Name.

3. In the Search For field, enter the primary contact’s first name for “CustomerABC”.

4. Click the record for “CustomerABC” from the list of customers shown.
