Finding - Customers & Prospects Form - All in California  

1. From the Contacts menu, choose Customers & Prospects (Record Details).  This will open all of the customer and prospect records in the Customers & Prospects form.

2. Right-click on the State field.

3. In the Filter For box, type in “CA”, and press Enter.

4. The records should now be filtered to only the customers that are in the state of California.
