Finding - Customers & Prospects Form - Last Name Smith

1. From the Contacts menu, choose Customers & Prospects (Record Details).  This will open all of the customer and prospect records in the Customers & Prospects form.

2. Right-click on the Primary Contact Last Name field.

3. In the Filter For box, type in the “Smith”, and press Enter.

4. The records should now be filtered to only the customers that have primary contacts with the last name of “Smith”.
