Deleting - Customers - Delete A Customer  

1. Open “Customer123”’s record in the Customers & Prospects form using one of the finding methods described earlier.

2. Click the Delete button.

3. Note:  When you delete a customer, all associated contacts, jobs, and activities will also be deleted.  An alternative to deleting customers is to mark them “Inactive”.  (Add HyperLink)
