If your business buys and sells inventory, chances are very high that OneSource Software can simplify your business processes and save your personnel a lot of time and hassle each day. If your business buys and sells inventory, primarily in a wholesale/distribution manner, and is currently using one of the many accounting programs that has been made for the masses and is being supported by the masses--our guarantee is that OneSource Software will save your personnel 25% or more time performing any of the following common, time consuming tasks:

  • finding virtually any type of data
  • creating and tracking customer information and correspondence
  • creating quotes
  • entering and tracking sales orders
  • pricing items
  • costing items
  • creating purchase orders for special orders or drop shipments
  • creating purchase orders for stock replenishments (based on past sales trends or min/max levels)
  • tracking and paying sales commissions
  • creating customer statements
  • receiving AR payments
  • creating bank deposits
  • creating and paying AP bills
  • tracking inventory that is serialized or that needs to be tracked by lot or warehouse

Based on the criteria stated above, if OneSource Software is unable to save your personnel at least 25% of the time that it takes to perform the tasks listed above, we pledge to provide up to 25 hours of additional one on one training--completely free of charge--and up to 50 hours of customization services at 50% off our standard programming rates. All that we ask in return for this guarantee is that you follow these simple guidelines:

  • Contact OneSource Software Solutions, prior to beginning real time use of OneSource, to learn about how to properly create a beginning benchmark of your existing processes.
  • Attend all OneSource Training Classes prior to going live and complete all hands on practice scenarios.
  • Make use of OneSource in real time for a least 3 months.
  • Let us know along the way how we are doing and what we can do to make your life easier (by submitting SR's to outline your needs and suggestions).
  • If necessary, allow us time to implement your ideas of how we could further simplify and automate the way OneSource functions. (We only ask that when we provide programming services, under the terms of this agreement, that your requirements be generally useful to the OneSource product and it's user base on the whole).

The fringe benefit of this guarantee is that we both win. You receive the increased efficiency that we are promising, and we have a satisfied customer (and an even better product as well--thanks to your input)!
