Customers & Prospects screen (Jobs / Projects tab)

The big idea... To be able to track all jobs and projects (related to the Customer) on the same screen as all other Customers and Prospects info.


The 'Jobs / Projects' tab includes these FEATURES:
  • View all jobs/projects for related to the customer (or prospect) on one list.
  • Click on the magnifying glass button to drill down and see ALL details about the job or project (such as notes, activities, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, PO's, Vendor Invoices, Job Costing and Budgets, Documents, unlimited additional user defined fields, etc).
  • Right click on any job/project record to display the pop-up menu (shown below) to quickly:
    • sort any of the columns in ascending or descending order,
    • filter for a particular job type, status, employee, etc
    • add a new Job / Project.
