Customers & Prospects screen (Contacts tab)

The big idea... Wouldn't it be nice to be able to track information about ALL of the individual people you deal with in a company (in the same place that you track everything else)? The Contacts tab allows you to do this.

The 'Contacts' tab includes these FEATURES:
  • A table to add an unlimited number of unique contacts related to the Company.
  • Fields for each contacts' First Name, Last Name, Direct Line, Other Number or Extension, Title, and Email address.
  • A button to drill down on each contacts' individual record, which includes all phone #'s (including cell phone, fax, home phone, etc), the contacts date of birth, home address, notes about the contact, and all related emails or letters sent to the contact.
  • Buttons to quickly:
    • Add a new Customer or Prospect,
    • Edit the existing record,
    • Delete a record,
    • Find another Customer or Prospect record, or
    • Print a number of reports related to the Customer or Prospect.
  • A pop-up menu (shown below) to
    • filter or sort the list as desired,
    • schedule or post activities for the contact,
    • send a letter (using the Merge Merge screen),
    • create a printable Fax Cover, or
    • send an email using MS Outlook.
