Customers & Prospects screen (Activities / History tab)

The big idea... To be able to track all activities and communications on the same screen as all other Customers and Prospects info.


The 'Activities' tab includes these FEATURES:
  • View all activities for all 'contacts' in that Company on the same screen.
  • Right click on any activity to display the pop-up menu (shown below) to quickly:
    • sort any of the columns in ascending or descending order,
    • filter for a particular activity type, employee, etc
    • add a new Activity
    • edit an existing Activity
    • view the details of any given activity.
