View Activities in a More Concise Manner...
  • View a summary of all scheduled or completed activities in one place.

Schedule & Post Activities With Ease
  • Right click on a contact name and select �Add New Activity� to display a new activity�automatically filled with the Customer Name, Contact Name & Date. Also, depending on predefined preferences, the Activity Type, Role, Employee, Priority and Est Time are also automatically filled in. An activity can be scheduled within seconds!
  • Click on the check box to post an activity or right click to display the activity to be posted. Record the �results� and determine if your would like auto fill all of the fields in a new, rescheduled follow-up activity.
Promote More Efficient Use of Personnel Time.
  • Manage your day more efficiently by knowing in advance exactly how long each activity is projected to take and how many total hours/minutes are needed to complete the days activities�this will encourage more efficient use of time.
  • Print reports which display the actual # of hours/minutes worked by an employee for a given range of time or on a project or doing specific types of activities, such as Meetings or Sales Calls, etc�
  • Improve personnel productivity by viewing a report of exactly when (to the minute) each activity took place throughout the day (without having to take the time to post the "hour and minute" of each completed activity).
Track Billable Time More Efficiently
  • Use the built in Pop-Up Timer to track how long a particular activity took to complete, which autofills start and stop time, total time and total billable time.
  • Save Time / Minimize Mistakes: Use the "timer" (or simply mark an activity as billable) to track the exact start and stop time of an activity (phone call, letter, etc...). If you bill for time, make use of the same time stamped record to create an invoice line item (with the Accounting or Quickbooks Module) for the billable time - without having to retype the activity line item in the invoice!
Integrate Activity Data With MS Outlook (Palm Pilot)
  • ONESOURCE utilizes the many strengths of MS Outlook. When scheduling an activity (based on user preference) a button will appear prompting to export the contact record and/or activity data to Outlook (to enable the user to print calendars, schedule pop-up reminders, schedule blocks of time, and sync contact and activity data to a Palm Pilot).
